Singh recipient of the 2024 OSU-Tulsa President's Outstanding Research Award

Dr. Raj Singh was selected as Oklahoma State University-Tulsa’s 2024 President’s Outstanding Research Award recipient for his research excellence at OSU. He was honored at the spring 2024 commencement on May 13th and will be featured as one of OSU-Tulsa’s faculty honor marshals at the spring 2025 commencement ceremony.
OSU and The Groundwater Foundation launch national campaign to spur growth in groundwater industry

Oklahoma State University, in collaboration with the Groundwater Foundation, has launched a national campaign to bring awareness to groundwater access, education and industry training. At the center of the campaign is a televised public service announcement and resource-filled website that illustrate both the vitality of clean water and how populations often take it for granted.

On Jan. 10 and 11, Oklahoma State University once again welcomed state and regional groundwater professionals to the annual Oklahoma Ground Water Association Conference and Trade Show. This is the third year OSU has hosted the event, which provides education, training and networking opportunities for attendees. “The aim of the conference is to connect professionals across all areas of the Oklahoma groundwater industry so that they may have a place to share ideas and learn through continuing education courses,” said OGWA President David Correll.

Oklahoma State University-Tulsa’s story doesn’t begin with one university – but four. Before 1986, there was no public four-year university presence in Tulsa. To address this, the City of Tulsa’s redevelopment arm opened the land just north of Interstate 244 to create a higher education campus, University Center at Tulsa, or UCAT. UCAT was composed of OSU, Langston University, the University of Oklahoma and Northeastern State University, providing mainly graduate-level academic programming.

Millions raised for students at 2023 A Stately Affair Gala

This year, the biennial fundraising event at the Cox Business Center raised $2 million for scholarships to benefit OSU-Tulsa and OSU Center for Health Sciences students.
